Interior design is the art and process of designing the interior (and often exterior) of a building/room(s). Multi faceted as it includes conceptual development, management and execution of design and communication with project stakeholders.

As with many aspects of design and decoration there are variations between styles and time periods. Tudors – tapestry – gold and silver thread (field/cloth of gold), Georgian, Victorian, Modern Minimalist.

Industrial / retro look is very much in vogue and minimalist modern day interiors. Apartment living and house sharing

Interior Design – the art and science of enhancing interiors of a space/building to achieve a healthier and more aesthetically pleasing environment for the end user.

Interior designer is someone who plans, researches, coordinates and manages projects. The professions includes conceptual development, space planning, site inspections, research, communicating with stakeholders, construction management and design execution. Specialities include residential, commercial and others e.g. theme parks, museums.
